How Marriage Counseling Works

This is a much better situation because they will be more open-minded if they don’t feel forced to be there.

While we would like to claim a 100% success rate, the truth is that not every marriage stays intact. At Winter Garden Wellness, each counseling session is $165. The cost is the same whether you are working together as a couple or attending individually. We provide care at a concierge level, meaning you receive direct care from and access to your therapist.
We accept out-of-network providers and are able to take Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). If needed, we are glad to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
The length of counseling depends on the couple’s unique needs and goals. Some couples may find that a few sessions help them get back on track, while others benefit from longer-term support over several months. Many begin with weekly sessions and then move to biweekly or monthly check-ins as progress is made. During your consultation, we’ll work with you to create a plan that feels realistic and supportive for your relationship.
