Biography
After pursuing a pre clinical degree at UCF, I found a passion for holistic medicine through my own personal journey of healing from structural injuries. My injuries led to chronic back pain, and I didn’t want to depend on pain pills. So, after research and trying different things I finally found drug free pain relief, and decided to make it my career.
I became a licensed Fascial Stretch therapist in 2017 and fell in love with bodywork. From there I continued furthering my knowledge of holistic wellness. I graduated from Orlando School of Therapeutic Massage in 2018. Due to my own healing journey I understand what it feels like to suffer with chronic pain. I enjoy using my knowledge and skills to help others manage and treat pain naturally.
I have worked in many different environments, and with a variety of clients. From weekend warriors to professional athletes, as well as post operation and rehab patients. I always love the challenge of helping people with different body types and goals. I am passionate about getting you free from pain. While I treat a wide array of injuries, my primary specialty areas are neck and back pain.
My treatment style uses any and all treatment modalities available to help you achieve your session and bodywork goals. Every treatment is different and customized based on your body’s needs. I enjoy solving the puzzle that is the human body and how to ‘put it back together again.
